I would not recommend getting a massage here. As soon as I walked in, the first thing I was asked was whether I would be paying cash or card. When I said card, I was told there would be a $5 charge, which was fine. However, I was then told that I would also need to pay the tip upfront. At that point, I was very uncomfortable. I hadn’t even been greeted properly, asked my name, or asked what service I was there for. I hadn’t even had the opportunity to experience the massage yet, but I was already being required to pay a tip for a service that had not been performed. Customer service starts the moment someone walks through the door. A simple greeting and a conversation about the service would have gone a long way. Instead, the focus seemed to be on collecting payment and a tip before any service was provided. Because of this experience, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.
